Jacob Rand joined the firm as a paralegal in October 2024, bringing fresh energy and a strong academic foundation to the team. A graduate of Frostburg State University with a degree in Law and Society, Jacob completed his studies in May 2024 and is now taking the next step toward his goal of becoming an attorney by pursuing a law degree.

In his role, Jacob handles a wide range of responsibilities, including drafting discovery, motions, and other legal documents. He also manages calendaring and scheduling, coordinates phone calls, responds to client questions, and oversees file management—keeping cases organized and moving forward smoothly.
